Establishing the Charles Rowney Scholarship Fund

The Board of Directors of the Urban Watersheds Research Institute (UWRI) has unanimously elected to establish a scholarship in the honor and memory of Dr. Charles Rowney, Secretary and Board Member. UWRI, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, holds a part of its mission advancing educational opportunities for students and professionals focused on sustainable urban water resources and infrastructure.
